In this article I am going to talk about how you can start conversation with girls you meet on a street, malls, clubs, bars and gym just by talking about the rings they are wearing. In my opinion this is quite an indirect approach to start talking to girls and it can be used in various social situations. Like in any other approach, to start talking to the girl you don't know, you need to either give her compliment, ask question or get her opinion on something. So let's see how we can start talking to a random girl sitting next to you in a train without making it look like we are hitting on her.

The first thing you can do is just compliment her on a ring and say something like "That is a nice ring". If she reacts positively you can ask her a question about it, like where did you get it, did you get it overseas, when did you get it. From the answers she gives you, try to switch conversation to some exciting topic such as traveling, hobbies or what she does for fun. If you still didn't get enough details from her answers to start a good conversation, ask her deeper questions that will make her think before she will be able to provide you with an answer.

Some deep questions you can ask are: does this ring mean anything to you, why do you choose to wear it on that specific finger; do you wear it every day or just on special occasions? If however the girl is overly flirty ask her if she wears it to attract guys, does she get many compliments on it, what is her favourite stone. Also it is not going to hurt to ask her if you can touch it, and if she reacts positively to your touching try to move conversation into more intimate direction. If on other hand you feel that the girl is too proper, and she resists your touch, ask her if she believes in horoscopes. If she does, ask about her sign, and if it mean anything special and how is it different from all other signs. You can also talk about destiny and after that see if you can shift the conversation to some more personal topics. After you talked with her for a while, tell her that you need to leave and get her number.
